Three Pillar Approach to Transformation
IRL programs generate benefits for Millennials and Boomers, and for society as a whole, through a unique approach to a practical, transformative education in creative partnership with a mix of for profit activities that help both emerging adults and thoughtful and accomplished men and women address some of the most pressing questions that we encounter in the course of a 21st century life.
Evolutionary EducationPurpose driven education to develop leadership capacities and evoke the entrepreneurial spirit, helping our emerging adults and our wise elders to create an authentic and sustainable livelihood.
Legacy MentoringEstablishing intergenerational cooperation that brings together those transitioning out of the work force, with young adults transitioning into the workforce to help them find a meaningful place in society.
Integrative ApprenticeshipsPractical training through vital work in the rapidly growing sustainable agriculture/local food movement, and other segments of the green economy.

CLTP is one description of our programs. We pass through various stages in life, and at each stage we have an opportunity to redefine (or ReGenerate) our life purpose and to connect more deeply with the calling of our soul. In traditional teachings a person's unique calling, the place where they can most fully use their gifts, is called a vocation, from the Latin vocare or call. Too often in our society we have little help in discerning our call or in learning what we need to know to follow it. Hence the notion of a CLTP or Creative Life Transition Program that can guide us through our personal journey with a greater sense of ease and can help us better connect with what we most truly love in a way that works in the world we live in.

Building an Inter-Generational Learning Community
The IRL’s community of wise elders and emerging adults are engaged in mentoring and apprentice relationships that provide a dynamic intergenerational environment for personal, cultural and economic renewal. Using a whole systems methodology that includes Evolutionary Education, Integrative Apprenticeship and Legacy Mentoring, the IRL programs offer:
1. Educational programs built on the understandings of Regenerative Science and set in an integral framework. Each program no matter what the content, from accounting to emotional intelligence, from soil science to leadership, from deep natural agriculture to integral spirituality, from hospitality to coaching and beyond is set in the context of the key questions we face on life’s journey:

Each program no matter what the content, from accounting to emotional intelligence, from soil science to leadership, from deep natural agriculture to integral spirituality, from hospitality to coaching and beyond is set in the context of the key questions we face on life’s journey:
2. A variety of integrative apprenticeships (organized around the local food movement) with a simultaneous
focus on local and global issues and the United Nations Millennium Development Goals as a compass.
3. A forum for personal development and intergenerational mentoring which includes: finding the soul’s
purpose, envisioning a life narrative, engaging in spiritual disciplines, appreciating the arts, developing a
clear mind and a vital body, and learning the communication skills that lead to healthy relationships
4. Local food projects in conjunction with our partners cooperative enterprises, which support healthy nutrition and global food
security. These projects provide a sustainable source of productive work and a livable income for program
graduates and apprenticeships for program participants. Over time other projects will be added including Eco-therapy and Sustainable Nutrition.

"We are nowhere near the Millennium. In fact, at this point in history, the most radical, pervasive, and earth-shaking transformation would occur simply if everybody truly evolved to a mature, rational, and responsible [world centric] ego, capable of freely participating in the open exchange of mutual[concern and ] self-esteem. There is the "edge of history". There would be a real New Age."
